The machine is used for drawing the Φ8mm copper rod to Φ1.2~Φ4.0mm single wire and completing with continuous annealing. Adopts dual-spooler or coiler type take-up.

1 Horizontal structure: The main drawing machine adopts horizontal type and dual motor drive. Such design can realize quick die changing and easy sliding ratio changing of former die by resetting the mechanical speed increase ratio between the final capstan and the former capstan.
2 Dual-operating position pay-off: Coiler type pay-off can realize the two operation position.
3 Casting iron main body: Main body of drawing machine is made of casting iron which processed by tempering treatment. Such process technology makes the body rigid and also can realize vibration reduction.
4 Long service life: The transmission gear adopts spiral gear which processed by gear grinding, the max. modulus of gear is eight (m=8), therefore the machine features low noise and long service life.
5 Separate gear box from drawing liquid tank: There is space between the gear box and drawing liquid tank. Such design avoids the mixture of lubrication oil and drawing liquid even if the sealing fail.
6 Low sliding ratio: Design a low mechanical speed increase ratio of drawing dies. The average sliding ratio of multi-die is 1% and the average accumulated sliding ratio could be about 1.2%.
7 Equipped with clutch: The high speed capstan of main drawing machine is equipped with clutch, when produce the large-size wires, the clutch can disconnect the high speed capstan.
8 DC annealing: The continuous annealing machine adopts horizontal structure. With or without annealing is alternative.
9 Advanced electric control system: Adopt digital driver and communication mode control. Adopt PLC to command and coordinate the whole production line, and adopt touch-screen to display and set the on line technical data.
